Thank You!
On Communion Day, Saturday 6th May, the current 1st Class Parents invited the 2nd Class children, and their families back to the School for refreshments after the Church Service.
We would like to acknowledge and sincerely thank the 1st Class Parents involved in preparing for this celebratory gathering.
Just to Say...
Thank you to all the 1st Class Parents who donated sweets, buns, home baking, biscuits and treats for the children.
A special thank you to the volunteers who prepared sandwiches and home baking, and worked so hard on the day to ensure the Communion Families enjoyed their get-together:
Millie Carr, Fiona Carty, Karina Cash, Rosie Gaine, Gill Gorman, Melissa Hayde, Annette Hughes, Elizabeth Kelly, Claire Quinn, and Jacqui Walker-Strong
We know several of you had other commitments elsewhere on the day, so your precious time was very-much appreciated - thank you.
A note of thanks to Annie Morris and this year's industrious Yarn Bomb Team, who lent us their beautiful, handmade bunting and the fun "bench"....thank you so much!
Special Note:
With such a large crowd gathered, there was very little food left over when the "Communion Café" closed. However, some buns and packets of biscuits, were dropped off that afternoon to Peter McVerry House, Eyre Street, Newbridge.
