On behalf of the Parent Association, I would like to say a huge “Thank you” to all those who made our Winter Fair on Sunday 3rd December, such an enjoyable and entertaining afternoon for the community of Scoil Bhríde Athgarvan. From the lovely craft work displayed around the school to the beautiful ‘hand-made’ Christmas trees hanging in the GP room, our school was transformed into a Magical Winter Wonderland. Basketball League
Our Boys and our Girls Basketball teams played against Gael Scoil last week. While the girls came up against a stronger team on the day, the boys came away with a win. Congratulations to the boys and commiserations to the girls. Every game played is an opportunity to learn and improve. Basketball is now finished for the season; well done to all involved - children, coaches Clare Harney, Veronica Burke, Fiona Clancy and Michelle Hassett, and Parents for facilitating training
