St Brigid's Well, Kildare - Friday 1st February
Friday 1st February is St. Brigid’s Day. Each year we celebrate our patron saint's day in a number of ways. Weather permitting, on Friday 1st February, we will take the children to visit St. Brigid’s Well in Tully, Kildare (beside the National Stud). All children will travel by bus to the Well, where we sing songs, tell stories and say prayers. Important : We ask you to please send €2 with your child to help towards cost of bus. Thank you. Boys Basketball
The boys' basketball team had a great victory against Gaelscoil Chill Dara this week. The boys played absolutely brilliantly and won 27-13 to a team that had defeated them just before Christmas. Both Ms. Kavanagh and Ms. Harney were so thrilled with the team's performance on the day. The boys' skills are improving with each game and the team are following directions well.
