Winter Fair 2018 - Sunday 2nd December
Our Parents Association, along with our Teachers are all working hard to prepare for this special day.
We would be very grateful for your help with the following items:-
Pre-loved Books and Toys - all good "sale-able" quality please
Raffle Prizes / Spot Prizes - any unopened, unwanted gifts, vouchers, chocolates, wines, spirits, hampers, etc would be so appreciated.
Bric-a-Brac: we need good quality items, which we can sell on our bric-a-brac stall - check out your spare rooms and attics for items you may not need anymore!
Home Baking: we have a tradition of selling lovely home-baked cakes, buns, tarts, loaves, and various sweet treats - if you can help by donating some items, that would be great.
Cafe: we serve refreshments, so maybe you could donate cakes, buns, scones, biscuits etc for us to use here.
VOLUNTEERS: we need help from lots of parents to make this day work.
We ask volunteers to work 1 hour and we can offer a variety of types of "work" - Games Rooms, Craft Stalls, Cafe/Kitchen, reception, etc, etc.
Please let us know as soon as you can if you can spare 1 hour between 2pm and 5pm
