Carol Service at the Curragh

The annual Scoil Bhríde Carol Service takes places on Tuesday 17th December at 7.30 p.m. in St Brigid's Church, Curragh Camp.

This year we are making some changes to the format of the service. We have been aware over the past few years that some children have been finding the standing and singing in the large group for the entire service to be difficult.

So this year the children will be singing some carols in class groupings and spending some of the service sitting. The 1st and 2nd class pupils will be seated at the sides of the altar to begin with and will be called up onto the altar when it is their turn to sing.

The Senior and Junior Infants will sit with their parents until they are called up to the alter area. We ask that parents ensure your child(ren) have rested and eaten before they attend the service.
